From the initial quote, until the final day of installation, I could not have been any more satisfied!! The installation was flawless and they left our home as clean as they found it. They were very helpful in acquiring the rebate. Kevin Reid was the lead installer and did an excellent job of explaining the system and how simple it was to operate. We are very satisfied with this system and would highly recommend this system and Cape Cod Heat Pumps to anyone who is looking into installing heat pumps.

The entire process from our initial request for information through installation was above and beyond! Cape Cod Heat pumps made the entire process easy explaining and helping guide us with MassSave’s rebate, loans, etc. They were prompt and professional, neat and clean, each member of their team was friendly personable and polite, and for us it was a huge plus that they were great with pets. The owner and sales team checked in on progress, the team leader checked in at least in the morning and before they left for the day to make sure we had any questions answered, the entire team was knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable that we were in good hands. Seriously, I will be recommending them to everyone, if you are in the market for a heat pump system you will not be disappointed choosing to work with Cape Cod Heat Pumps!
