Included with every Solar Rising system is an online monitoring portal which allows you to check up on your solar production remotely. At any point in time, you can tell how each panel is operating, giving you the comfort of knowing your system is working at its best. The Solar Rising support team can also use the monitoring portal for remote troubleshooting during the life of your system.
Within a few days after I contacted Solar Rising, they visited my house, analyzed my electrical bills and sent a clear and brief proposal. When I accepted their quote, they performed the installation on a tight schedule so I could hit a year-end deadline for maximizing the federal deduction. The folks have been extremely responsive and it’s been a pleasure to deal with Solar Rising from the initial bid through the turnkey installation!

The entire process from our initial request for information through installation was above and beyond! Cape Cod Heat pumps made the entire process easy explaining and helping guide us with MassSave’s rebate, loans, etc. They were prompt and professional, neat and clean, each member of their team was friendly personable and polite, and for us it was a huge plus that they were great with pets. The owner and sales team checked in on progress, the team leader checked in at least in the morning and before they left for the day to make sure we had any questions answered, the entire team was knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable that we were in good hands. From start to finish Cape Cod Heat Pumps knocked it out of the park!! I called several other companies, but Cape Cod Heat Pumps was head and shoulders above the rest!! Micheal the sales professional really knew the product and what he could do for me. The owner Jared is hands on and runs a very capable company. The office staff took care of the rebate process for me as well. More importantly the installers were all very polite and respectful. Overall, Kevin the lead installer deserves the most Kudos!! He communicated very well, set expectations and delivered on all points of the installation. He made sure the best quality installation was preformed every step of the way. If you need Mini Splits for your project, just make one call, you’ll be glad you did!!
